“Chirp & Collect” – Moving Forward Do you want to: Connect with your Guiding community and expand your networks. Communicate ideas, goals, issues and concerns. Collaborate and expand on Guiding knowledge.    Collect and cooperate to share ideas and resources. Celebrate! Specific restrictions (ie age, location, travel etc):  Olave members and all adult members actively involved in Girl Guides Tasmania Units and Districts. Those coming are encouraged to travel together.

After you have selected your registration option (E.g. Adult Member Full Weekend), you will then select your payment option:
If you select invoice me now, an invoice will be issued ASAP by Guide House.
If you select invoice me later, you will receive an invoice in May. 
If you select invoice me as part of my Unit, please nominate your Unit and your Unit will be invoiced ASAP.

A CANCELLATION FEE WILL APPLY

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR EVENTS RUN BY GIRL GUIDES TASMANIA

  • If the event is cancelled by Girl Guides Tasmania, a full refund will be given.
  • If you withdraw from the event at least one month prior to the closing date for applications, a 90% refund will be given.
  • If you withdraw from the event less than one month before the closing date for applications, a 50% refund will be given.
  • If you withdraw from the event after the closing date for applications, no refund will be given.
