You can camp in one of our bell tents hassle free or you can BYO tent!

WHEN:  Friday 10th - Monday 13th March  

$55 per night

What’s included in side the Bell tent:

  • Mattress fitted sheet and blanket (BYO sleeping bag and pillow)
  • Sleeping mats

Avaliable to all Campers:

  • Car Parking
  • Selection of family friendly games
  • S'more kit
  • Kids Play Area, challenge valley, outdoor gym equipment
  • Toilet block and showers
  • Communal campfire

What's not Included:

  • Cooking facilities 
  • Food and drink storage

How to register
Please note: each registration is for a maximum of 4 attendees per Bell Tent and 6 attendees for BYO tent. No all adult groups allowed

Members:
- Log in below as the Girl Guide member attending the event, then click the orange 'Register Myself' button below, and select the night(s) you wish to stay.
- You will be presented with a series of additional questions. Please save after answering. Save if you make any changes.
- For payment, click the orange 'Proceed to checkout' button at the bottom of this page to pay. Payment is required to secure your registration.

Non Members:
- Create a new account below for the person attending the event, then click the orange 'Register Myself' button below, and select the night(s) you wish to stay.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR EVENTS RUN BY GIRL GUIDES TASMANIA

  • If the event is cancelled by Girl Guides Tasmania, a full refund will be given.
  • If you withdraw from the event at least one month prior to the closing date for applications, a 90% refund will be given.
  • If you withdraw from the event less than one month before the closing date for applications, a 50% refund will be given.
  • If you withdraw from the event after the closing date for applications, no refund will be given.
